Will there be ATM machines? Yes, ATM machines will be available within the festival grounds. ATM's on festival grounds will be indicated on the festival map. You can also inquire at Festival Info tables to direct you to nearby ATM locations.
Will there be a festival map available ahead of time so we can see which bands will be at which stages/tent areas? And see locations of food courts, bathroom areas? Yes. A festival guide will be made available for download and print prior to the festival. Guides will also be passed out at the entrance(s). LINE UP SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
Will there be vegetarian/vegan food offered? Some Vendors do offer Vegetarian or Vegan options. You can inquire at Festival Info tables for a list of Vendors and options.
Will there be flushable toilets and sinks available? Hand washing stations as well hand-sanitizer stations will be available. We recommend that attendees come prepared with their own as well. Flushable toilets will not be available once entering festival grounds.
Will there be Disabled person parking/bathrooms? Where? Handicapped parking is available through the VIP and Service entrance at the intersection of Broad Street and Washington Street. Drive past the Sea Dog Restaurant, the parking lots on the left will have designated handicap parking spots. ADA placard must be prominently displayed. Handicapped toilets are located near the sanitation cluster of the venue. Please note that almost the entire venue is grass fields.
Will I be able to find security if needed? Yes.
Will there be payphones inside the venue? Sorry, No.
Will there be a Lost & Found? (Lost keys, cell phones, etc.) Yes, there will be a combination Lost & Found AND Information booth area which will be clearly marked on the festival guide. The lost & found booth will be re-located to the box office area after the festival ends. Will there be an Information booth/area? Yes, there will be a combination Lost & Found AND Information booth area which will be clearly marked on the festival guide.
Will there be First Aid on site? Yes. First Aid stations will be on site, clearly visible to find, and clearly marked on the festival guide.
Will there be a Mist tent? Sorry, no, but there will be shaded areas.
Will there be drinking fountains? And/or how much is water? Yes there will be free water stations. Please bring an empty plastic Nalgene bottle with you (no metal containers please), bottled water will be sold at numerous vendor locations.
Will there be sunscreen sold? Yes sunscreen will be sold at Festival Information booths
