KahBang Music|Art|Film has announced an open call for animated content for a new web-based series that will showcase independent animation from all over the world. Animators with short subject work, reoccurring series, or experimental work are encouraged to submit.

As part of a new initiative to showcase independent artists on the web, KahBang will be launching a new site in November that seeks to be a place for both creators and fans in various genres of music, film, art, comedy, animation and more. Part of that initiative includes both stocking up on some top-shelf material from industry veterans, and trying to attract the rising stars of the Internet.
