KahBang Arts, the festivals nonprofit entity, has curated this years art festival and will display works of fine art, sculpture, screen-printing, painting, installations, and mixed media, metal and recycled material sculpture, photography, an interactive Polaroid exhibition, graphic design and experimental video art at Kaleidoscope Gallery at One Merchant Plaza.

This year, festival organizers saw great value in “going green” by doing what they could to organize the festival with green solutions and encourage festival goers to make green choices.
The most notable of these is the KahKarpool program set up to provide a user-friendly system for individuals to carpool to the Bangor festival. KahBang is also a partner with Green Mountain Energy Company, one of the nation’s leading competitive retail providers of cleaner energy and carbon offset solutions.
